Da bi napravili ove kolače nije potrebno mnogo veštine, ali treba nešto ljubavi ( prema slatkišima i onima za koje ih pravite ). Nije potrebno čak ni mnogo sastojaka:<br />

100 gr mlevenih badema<br />
2 šplje brašna<br />
1/4 kašičice soli<br />
225 grama putera na sobnoj temperaturi<br />
2/3 šolje šećera<br />
1 kašičica vanile<br />
<br />
umutiti mikserom puter i šećer. Dodati vanilu, so, brašno i na kraju bademe. Ovo, naravno, više ne mutiti mikserom već sjediniti rukom i napraviti kuglu testa koju treba uviti u plastičnu foliju i staviti u frižider da odstoji najmanje 1 sat.<br />

Moj muž je nekoliko godina živeo u Švajcarskoj. Tamo je nekoliko puta bio u gostima u jednoj švajcarskoj porodici i imao prilike da proba nešto od njihove kuhinje. Otuda stalno jedemo <a href="http://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raklet">Raclette</a>, a i moj kolač sa šargarepom sam prvi put probala kada su Danijela i Lisa bile kod nas u gostima.<br />
<br />
Jednog dana mi je muž, krećući na posao, rekao da bi me ponovo oženio kada bi mu napravila pitu sa jabukama kakvu je jeo kod Lise. Inače, za neupućene, moj muž meni je zapravo bivši muž. Mi živimo sada nevenčano. Elem, kaže on meni kako bi to trebalo da izgleda i ode na posao, a ja se bacim na traženje recepta. Nije meni do ponovnog venčanja već mi je to onako, izazov.<br />

I nađem je, i napravim, a kad je on došao sa posla, nije mogao da veruje! Kaže da je original kao Lisina! <br />

Želim svima sreće i zdravlja u ovoj godini koja je, eto, došla. Od pre par godina počela sam da iskreno da verujem da pored toga što lepota dolazi iznutra, i sreća dolazi iznutra.<br />
Moj muž je neko vreme živeo u Švajcarskoj, i sve su mi nade bile uprte ka iseljenju tamo i nekom boljem životu u stabilnijoj zemlji. On se, ipak, vratio i ne može niko zamisliti taj osećaj, sem ako ga i sam nije imao. Ali, od tugovanja nije bilo vajde, pa se usredsredih na život ovde trudeći se da razmišljam pozitivno. I dobro mi je išlo. Ponekad, doduše, nervirala sam se zbog cele situacije ovde koja nikako da se popravi.<br />
Onda naleteh na <a href="http://www.vulkani.rs/b1afdf59-65a4-4dbc-ba41-96f074cb4394/NASLEDjENI-GUBITAK.aspx#.VKV1cNLF-2E">jednu knjigu</a>, I tada shvatih da ne treba tugovati za onim čega nema, već uživati u onome što imamo. I ja se stvarno ponašam u skladu sa tim.<br />
Pošto je ovo ipak blog o hrani, neću više da zamaram moje ( još uvek malobrojne ) čitaoce ovim mojim mislima. A sve je počelo čestitkom za Novu godinu. Samo da zaključim: Želim svima zdravlje, i pogled na život iz vedrog ugla.<br />

Danas sam odlučila da vam ponudim dva jela ( ili tri?). Prvo je vekna od mesa koju sam pravila ne mnogo često, a onda me je sin podsetio da i to mogu da uvrstim u naš jelovnik.<br />
Pošto su praznici u toku, ovo može lepo da izgleda na prazničnoj trpezi.<br />

Približava se Nova godina i svi intenzivno razmišljaju o novogodišnjem meniju. Dobro, možda ne baš svi, ali ja i Slađin sestrić David sigurno razmišljamo.<br />
David je sedmi razred i voli da kuva. Ali ne kuva on supe iz kesice, već prave stvari. Zamolio me je da mu preporučim nekakav recept za jelo koje bi mogao da ponese na novogodišnju žurku sa društvom. Da ne bude suviše komplikovano jer je on ipak osnovac ( i dečak ), ali ne ni suviše jednostavno jer, pretpostavljam, želi da impresionira društvo.<br />
Ja sam smislila ovo, a ti, Davide, nadam se da ćeš iskoristiti ovaj recept. Ako ne sada, onda nekom drugom prilikom.<br />

<u>Testo</u><br />

2 šolje brašna<br />
1/2 kašičice soli<br />
1 kašičica praška za pecivo<br />
3/4 šolje hladnog mleka<br />
oko 40 gr margarina iz frižidera<br />
<br />
Sve suve sastojke staviti u činiju i promešati. Dodati margarin isečen na kockice pa rukama umrviti u brašno. Napraviti udubljenje u sredini i sipati polako mleko dok se meša viljuškom. Kada se testo počne odvajati od zidova činije, preneti na pobrašnjenu radnu površinu i malo mesiti. Razvijati manje a deblje pitarice i stavljati u kalup za mafine koji se prethodno naulji.<br />

<u>Fil</u><br />
<br />
1 srednja glavica crnog luka<br />
2 čena belog luka<br />
200 gr mlevenog mesa<br />
100 ml kečapa<br />
100 gr sira<br />
<br />
Propržiti crni luk, zatim dodati beli, a ubzo zatim i meso. Kada se ono uprži, dodati kečap i posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu. Sipati po punu kašiku u korpice od testa, a na vrh narendati po malo tvrdog sira.<br />
<br />
Peći oko 15 min na 200 stepeni, ili dok testo i sir ne promene boju.<br />

Pošto je ovo prvi put da sam ih pravila, nisam uvežbala. Stanjila sam testo i stavila u kalup tako da viri. Sledeći put ću stavljati testo samo do ivice kalupa. Ali zato ukus je divan. Verujte mi na reč. Ukućani su tražili reprizu sutra.</div>

Ja ne znam da li vi volite sneg. Ja ga baš i ne volim, ali sam svesna toga da mu je vreme i nekako mi je normalnije da u decembru pada sneg nego da bude više od deset stepeni i da ja idem raskopčane jakne i znojim se dok se vraćam kući sa sednice.<br />

Cele godine čekam ove novogodišnje/božićne praznike iz više razloga: raspust, raspust, raspust i medenjaci. Dobro, ima još razloga, ali ova četiri su mi najvažniji.<br />

Ovo je dupla mera, a recept izgleda ovako:<br />

3 šolje brašna<br />
1/2 kašičice soli<br />
3/4 kašičice bikarbone sode<br />

1/4 kašičice muskatnog oraščića<br />
1/4 kašičice karanfilića<br />

staviti u činiju i promešati.<br />
<br />
113 gr putera<br />
1 veće jaje<br />
1/2 šolje šećera<br />
4 kašike meda<br />
<br />
mututi mikserom a zatim postepeno dodati suve sastojke i umesiti testo rukama. Uviti ga u providnu foliju i ostaviti u frižideru najmanje 2 sata.<br />
<br />
Razvijati testo i kalupom vaditi željene oblike.<br />
<br />
Ovom prilikom se do neba zahvaljujem divnom mužu koji mi je nabavio ove prekrasne oblike pahulja.<br />
<br />
Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj pećnici na 150 stepeni oko 8 do 10 minuta ili dok ne potamne.<br />
<br />
Glazura:<br />
<br />
oko 50 gr šećera u prahu i<br />
oko 3 kašike mleka<br />
<br />
dodavati postepeno mleko i mešati da ne bude mnogo retko. Ja to stavim u kesicu pa odsečem vrh. Nisam ni ja baš vešta, ali sve se vežba.<br />

Ah, večita dilema svake domačice, a posebno one savremene, jeste šta spremiti na brzaka i otkačiti ukućane da ne idu za njom po kući i viču da su gladni. Da li im reći da nađu nešto u frižideru i sami se snađu, ili okupiti porodicu oko sola i negovati kult zajedničkog obeda?<br />
<br />
Ja sam više za ovu drugu varijntu. Ali pošto sam savremena to znači da idem na posao, a mladunce ne smem da ostavim bez doručka. Zato se dovijam i smišljam pa sam rešila da sa svim ostalim savremenim domaćicama podelim jedan trik. Verujem da su i druge domaćice razvile svoje metode brzog i lakog spremanja doručka. Evo jednog mog.<br />

Brze rol viršle<br />
<br />
Izvaditi pakovanje lisnatog testa još uveče iz zamrzivača i staviti u frižider da se otopi do ujutru.<br />
Ujutru oljuštiti 6 viršli i po dužini preseći na pola. Razviti testo i seći svaki blok na 6 traka. Traku premazati vodom ( da bi se testo lepilo ) i urolati viršlu. Svaku rolnu premazati jajetom i posuti susamom, Staviti u zagrejanu rernu i peći na 220 stepeni oko 12 min ili dok ne porumene.<br />
Viršle prethodno ne kuvam, ali bi možda moglo.<br />
Sad mi pade na pamet varijanta da se sve to uradi uveče, a ujutru se samo ispeku. Ne znam, nisam pametna.<br />

Sinoć sam primetila da su mi se kolena pretvorila u krofnice. Drugim rečima - počela sam da se gojim. Problem je taj što sam i dalje u gornjem delu mršava, a ispod struka već počinje salce na sve strane. Bilo je i krajnje vreme. Sestra je ušla u petu deceniju. Zato je, pretpostavljam, tema mog bloga trebalo da bude nešto drugo, a ne hrana. Ali šta ću kad voli duša. da li imate takav osećaj?<br />

Juče sam sprmala nešto slatko. Kolac sa šargarepom koji mi je pravila prijateljica iz švajcarske. Ja sam ga malo modifikovala pa je po malo ličio na one božićne hlebove sa suvim voćem. Dodala sam kandirane pomorandže, suve brusnice i blanširane bademe.<br />

Prošlog leta, dok smo boravili u selu, često sam pravila naan,To su zapravo naše pitarice koje je baba moga muža pekla na smederevcu, a ja ih pečem u teflonskom tiganju. Ova verzija koju sam preksinoć videla na TV-u mi se dopala, ali odmah da vam kažem da mi se ipak više sviđa obična verzija sada kada sam probala obe.<br />

Kada mesim hleb, obično stavljam sve od prilike. Zato ne mogu da pridodam i recept uz slike, ali za ovu količinu ide oko pola kocke kvasca, šolja vode i oko 400 gr brašna. Naravno, so, šećer i pržen praziluk po ukusu.<br />

Danas sam rešila da ručak bude vegetarijanski. Dinstala sam tikvu sa crnim lukom, Prokelj i brokoli su blanširani a zatim proprženi u voku na maslinovom ulju. Junetina je pridodata po želji moga prvenca. :)<br />

Žene koje imaju sina tinejdžera znaju šta znači kada se pojede brže nego što ona može da spremi. Kako je biti majka dvojice ješnih tinejdžera, ne želim ni da pomislim!<br />
A do pre neku godinu bio je sitan i mrljav.<br />

Danas sam ispekla kolače koje sam zamesila sinoć i ostavila testo u frižideru. To su najbolji kolačići na svetu! Ali stvarno. Međutim, dok ja ovo pišem, njih više nema. Divan dan za domaćice! Napolju je takva kiša, vetar i hladnoća da ne mogu da zamislim ništa pametnije nego da sedim kod kuće i razmišljam o sedmici koja sledi. Pripreme za časove imam, ideje za klince razrađene, nastavni materijal pri ruci. A ručak? Stalno se pitam kako li su domaćice planirale obroke u vreme pre interneta.<br />

Elem, francuska supa od luka. Već sam je pravila ranije. Deca je ne jedu, kao uostalom i sve drugo što nije krompir i meso, ali muž i ja je obožavamo.<br />

Savremena domaćica je danas bila na poslu, spremila ručak na brzaka (koji je sinoć skuvala do pola), ručala sa svojim prvencem i legla da dremne. Posle dremke nije znala da li je došla ili pošla ( što reče muž) ili što bi rekla švester, ustala kao trovan konj pa nije bila u mogućnosti da uradi išta pametno. Ipak, kao prava domaćica, dovukla se do kuhinje i zamesila hleb, sa maslinovim uljem i belim lukom. Dok testo raste na radijatoru, domaćica sluša muziku.<br />

A šta je sa izlaskom? Ipak je petak veče! Neee, savremena domaćica petkom sedi kod kuće jer muž radi do kasno i nema ko da kontroliše dečurliju. A ničeg zanimljivog i nema u centralnoj Srbiji, u gradu od stotinak hiljada stanovnika što bi vredelo videti i doživeti. Nema ničeg što bi domaćica menjala za mirno veče provedeno uz kokice i dvoje dečice. Naravno, pod uslovom da se dečica ne glođu. S obzirom da je petak, početak vikenda, svi smo raspoloženi i volimo se.</div>
